Awareness packages are designed specifically to suit pre-starts and toolbox meetings – this list is just a sample of the packages that can be provided to address concerns or simply to provide awareness of the company's systems and procedures.
Motivational Talks help candidates to continue to understand and consider their part as your company’s employee. They provide a different look at Safety in the workplace and the impact an individual has. These thought provoking talks are short, sharp and best suited to pre-starts and toolboxes.
VOC's (Verification of Competency)
VOC’s (Verification of Competency) can be provided or customised to suit your company’s requirements. These address from the most basic to the most complex operational requirements. VOC’s are researched and checked in consultation with the Client, WHS Reg’s, Australian Standards where applicable, Manufacturers manuals and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) as a minimum to provide a concise, current and accurate means to test the candidates competency and effectiveness. These are Non High Risk Work (HRW) Activities. For HRW VOC’s and licensing you will need a Registered Training Organisation that specializes in that HRW activity. VOC’s are considered in some industry sectors as an effective learning mechanism within the training process and can be used as part of the mentoring process.
